We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the service department, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional customer service. As a Service Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of Agrifac sprayers. You’ll lead a team of service technicians, providing technical support, overseeing repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your expertise will contribute to our Companys reputation for excellence in after-sales service.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of service technicians, ensuring timely and effective repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Customer Support: Collaborate with customers, dealers, and colleagues to address technical issues, optimize sprayer performance, and minimize downtime.
- Oversee Service Engineers: Ensure scheduling and customer service is performed
- Training and Development: Provide training to technicians, keeping them updated on the latest sprayer technology and repair techniques.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure service quality meets Agrifac’s standards, promoting customer loyalty and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in agricultural equipment service management.
- Strong technical knowledge of sprayers, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
