Introducing Tim Carter: New Agrifac Sales Manager

Territory Sales Manager, Tim Carter joined Agrifac UK in March with nine years’ experience in Agricultural Sales. Representing the brand as territory manager for the South of the UK, Tim’s aim is to improve customer experience and increase awareness of the premium line of Dutch manufactured crop sprayers.
Immersed within farming from a young age, Tim grew up on a farm before firming his career path alongside growers within a commercial setting. Starting off within a demonstrator role, he gained experience at a market-leading tractor dealership, where he was trained in the full product portfolio relevant to arable farmers. This allowed Tim to gain a deeper understanding of grower challenges and machinery functions to be able to combat them, too. As his time within the company developed, so did Tim’s natural urge to progress, leading him into a sales representative position of which he thrived in.
After nine years within this role, Tim decided it was time to embark on a new challenge. “The opportunity arose at Agrifac as Territory Sales Manager, which really piqued my interest for a number of reasons. Firstly, the brand name is synonymous with premium products and premium customer experience; something that resonates with me and the relationships I strive to develop with my customers. Secondly, I can see the potential the brand has to develop over the next few years as a crop spraying specialist, which since joining, is ever clearer, especially since being introduced to their future commercial and environmental mission.” Tim continued: “At Agrifac, I have one focus now; that is to ensure that every grower can have access to sustainable, innovative, and future-proof solutions, built into their self-propelled crop sprayer, which will enable them to combat tomorrow’s farming challenges, today.”
