Agrifac Machinery B.V has the vision to provide the world with sufficient, nutritious and safe food. To get there, Agrifac develops premium and “Brilliant Simple” agricultural sprayers. Brilliant Simple means innovative and easy to operate. The combination of well thought-out technology, a beautiful design, very low maintenance costs, a high trade-in value and an adequate service network makes every Agrifac machine a model of innovation and efficiency.

Role

Every farmer and contractor has its own daily challenge to achieve the highest possible return at the lowest cost. On a more global level, we know there is sufficient capacity to produce enough food to feed everyone adequately, despite the fact that the world population is predicted to increase to 10 billion by 2050. Instead of cultivating móre land, we should be increasing the food production on existing farmland while at the same time, lower our footprint. That’s exactly the business Agrifac is in!

As Account Manager, mainly for the Czech-Republic, Slovakia and possibly the South-Eastern part of Germany, you contribute to this daily challenge with a professional and enthusiastic attitude with the aim of increasing the international market share. You are an ambassador of the company and make a representative and positive impression. In addition, you are constantly looking for new opportunities. You will work closely with your colleagues and manager, but will also be independent and autonomous. This job will provide you with opportunities to generate, follow and chase exciting leads and sales projects.

This position is for 32-40 hours per week. You work from home, but you also regularly visit our headquarters in Steenwijk (The Netherlands). In addition, you are often on the road to (potential) customers/dealers in your Sales Area.

Responsibilities

  • Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with (prospective) customers in your region
  • Visit, manage and motivate the Agrifac dealers
  • Analysing the potential and current market trends in your sales area and transforming these into sales- and marketing plans
  • Taking responsibility for maximizing your own sales results in conjunction with your manager
  • The job requires regular coordination between various departments of the organization(s). You do this in a pleasant and effective manner, that represents the importance of the interests
  • Customer intimacy is essential for Agrifac. We therefore want you to maintain an excellent relationship with our current customers
  • Organizing and representing Agrifac at exhibitions and during demonstrations

Requirements

  • A degree in higher professional education
  • At least 3 years of experience in a comparable sales function
  • Experience in selling agricultural machinery
  • A proven track record of sales achievements
  • You are fluent in written and spoken Czech or Slovakian and English
  • You are willing to travel around your countries and Holland
  • You live in the Czech-Republic or Slovakia. Strong candidates from neighbouring countries will also be considered
